OZ Minerals boss Andrew Cole sees more blue sky ahead for red metal copper even with the price sitting at a nine-year high.

Mr Cole said copper producer OZ Minerals was warming to nickel amid a greater recognition of the key role both metals will play in the transition to renewable energy generation and storage.
