Environmental Clean Technologies terminated its joint venture agreement with Tincom to establish a 2Mtpa Coldry manufacturing plant at Loy Yang, Victoria. ECT no longer had confidence in Tincom’s ability to deliver funding or the technical requirements for the Loy Yang project.
