Network 10 plans an aggressive push to secure a bigger chunk of the free-to-air television advertising market after a soft first half saw the No. 3 network suffer the biggest hit of the metropolitan broadcasters.

Driven by the start of Australian Survivor and The Bachelor in July, Ten's ratings have improved in the second half of the year, particularly in younger demographics of people aged 25 to 54 and 16 to 39.
