Thousands of emails between billionaire media mogul Kerry Stokes, his corporate fixer Bruce McWilliam and Ben Roberts-Smith’s legal team related to the disgraced soldier’s failed defamation action are set to be released after attempts to keep them private were dismissed.

Nine Entertainment is pursuing Mr Stokes’ Australian Capital Equity (ACE) and Seven for costs for disgraced soldier Mr Roberts-Smith’s failed defamation action against the media company.
