James Warburton, the high-profile boss of Kerry Stokes’ Seven West Media, will step down at the end of the 2024 financial year, to be replaced by his chief financial officer, Jeff Howard.
In a statement filed with the ASX on Thursday morning, Mr Stokes, Seven’s major shareholder and chairman, described Mr Howard as someone with “an immense depth of experience” who was well placed to lead the company.
