Nine's new head of radio remains confident it will be able to weather the tough advertising market hitting the broader industry.
Newly appointed Nine managing director of radio Tom Malone will be reaching out to advertisers concerned about the controversy which has engulfed star 2GB presenter Alan Jones since his comments about New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in August.
Mr Malone, who starts his new job on Monday, also remains confident radio will be able to weather the tough advertising market hitting the broader industry.
