Job site Seek has shifted its guidance for its full-year revenue and profit to the lower end of the forecast range, as the pandemic-fuelled hiring spree loses steam, but hiring activity remains above historical levels.
Chief executive Ian Narev said the successive interest rate rises had not had a material impact on job listings but the peak of the post-COVID-19 boom in job ads had passed.
