I wasn't biased, says judge in Geoffrey Rush case

The judge for Geoffrey Rush's $2.9 million defamation victory over The Daily Telegraph has rejected a  charge that he was biased against the paper.

Justice Michael Wigney of the Federal Court said on Wednesday that he refused to disqualify himself from hearing a post-trial application brought by the actor because there was "no basis" to the claim.
