Australian Recording Industry Association chief executive Dan Rosen is stepping down from Australia's peak music body to take up a new role as president of Warner Music Australasia.

Mr Rosen has been chief executive of ARIA and the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia – which represents Australian artists and licences their music – since October 2010.
