Lamborghini-driving sharetrader Tyson “ASX Wolf” Scholz is trying to quash a corporate regulator’s lawsuit by arguing evidence seized under a search warrant is inadmissible.

The 37-year-old, who promoted a lifestyle of fast cars, boats and share trading on social media under the moniker “ASX Wolf”, has also denied running a financial services business, in the face of regulatory accusations.
