ACCC approves JCDecaux's $1.2b acquisition of APN Outdoor and oOh!media's $570m deal for Adshel

The competition watchdog has given the green light to French giant JCDecaux's $1.2 billion acquisition of APN Outdoor and oOh!media's $570 million deal for Here, There & Everywhere's Adshel.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) approved both deals, as foreshadowed by The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk column, on Thursday morning.
