For the founders of Whole Kids, Australia's largest manufacturer of certified organic and additive-free children's snacks, making a big growth push into south-east Asia doesn't mean straying from its core B Corporation status (a kind of business that balances purpose and profit).

Monica and James Meldrum are the husband and wife duo who, 15 years ago, founded Nourish Foods, which produces the Whole Kids branded items such as fruity water, apricot fruit bars and cheese and leek dinosaur puffs.
