The insolvent trading action brought against Arrium Group’s board of directors and members of management has reached a settlement.
The action was brought by Arrium’s liquidators KordaMentha in July 2019 against 10 former directors, including chairman Jerry Maycock, chief executive Andrew Roberts and chief financial officer Robert Bakewell.
