Tasmanian entrepreneur Jan Cameron and Nature One Dairy are in a legal tussle over $5.52 million after they fell out over a pre-float valuation of the baby formula company, which is accusing its main backer of not supporting its IPO plans.
The pair started off in a good working relationship after the fledging formula company caught Ms Cameron’s eye in 2019, when she was looking for new investments following the sale of Bellamy’s Organic.
