Sydney Airport has written off $46 million as it defers transport and hotel projects, overhauls its business strategy and prepares to deliver a new 20-year master plan.
The write-downs, revealed in the airport’s 2024 annual accounts, relate to projects started before the airport was acquired by IFM Investors and the US’s Global Infrastructure Partners for $23.6 billion in early 2022.
