The winner of the Business to Consumer Customer Champions Award, Updoc, has delivered compound annual growth of 200 per cent and earned venture capital backing.

The subscription model championed by television streaming service Netflix is steadily expanding into other industries, with telehealth company Updoc generating 200 per cent growth over the past two years. More people are signing up to a monthly fee to shorten the queue, while the company also offers one-off consultations outside of the subscription services.
