Ramsay chairman hits out at proxies after first strike against pay report

Ramsay Health Care has joined Worley Parsons in receiving its first strike against its remuneration report at its annual meeting, despite having already conducted a review into its executive pay.

Myer had avoided a third strike against its remuneration report after tweaking its executive pay, but Ramsay was not so lucky – 29 per cent of the proxies voted against the pay report.
