Ramsay Health Care boss Craig McNally says staffing is the crucial issue facing the company as more normal activity resumes around the world, but nurses and doctors are fatigued after dealing with the pandemic for two years.

This month in Australia, the nation’s largest private hospital operator will employ 550 new graduate nurses, double the normal number, as it battles lack of immigration and exhausted staff.
