GenesisCare is seeking an equity injection of between $50 million and $100 million from part-owners KKR & Co Inc to support its liquidity.
The Brian McNamee chaired company is owned by China Resources (Holdings) Co Ltd with 36 per cent, KKR with 31 per cent and management and doctors owning the balance.
