Tabcorp stoush with ex-CEO could escalate to Federal Court

Former Tabcorp chief executive Adam Rytenskild could bring a claim he was defamed by the gaming giant based on its accusation he made a vulgar remark, if his workplace dispute against his former employer fails to resolve.

Mr Rytenskild, who has enlisted Arthur Moses, SC, starts his legal action for unfair dismissal and a denial of procedural fairness against Tabcorp on Wednesday at the Fair Work Commission in Sydney.
