Tabcorp board left CEO with no choice but to quit: Fair Work ruling

Former Tabcorp chief executive Adam Rytenskild was forced to quit when confronted by the board with allegations he made a vulgar remark and given just hours to walk or be sacked, the Fair Work Commission has found.

Mr Rytenskild, who is claiming unfair dismissal in the Fair Work Commission and denies making the remark, resigned on March 14 after what his barrister described at an August hearing as an “ambush”.
