Chinese billionaire Phillip Dong Fang Lee was able to tell the casino inquiry how Star gave him $5 million credit in exchange for a blank cheque, but he doesn’t want to talk to the tax man.

Mr Lee, who testified at the Star inquiry unwillingly after receiving a subpoena, is fighting court orders which require his companies to provide information to the ATO.
