Some of the biggest names in Australian racing have penned a scathing letter about Racing NSW under the leadership of Peter V’landys, claiming there has been an “erosion of trust” that threatens the future of the sport.
The letter was sent to the NSW racing and gaming minister, David Harris, who has begun a review of the state’s Thoroughbred Racing Act that dictates the scope of Racing NSW and the powers it gives V’landys as chief executive.
