NSW and Qld unmoved by Star’s renewed plea for tax relief
The NSW and Queensland governments signalled their unwillingness to provide fiscal support to Star Entertainment after the embattled casino giant renewed its plea for tax relief in a bid to stave off financial collapse.
NSW Premier Chris Minns was emphatic on Sunday that the state would not offer a tax reprieve to the ASX-listed gaming company.
