Star as we know it will be over, top execs cleaned out: Bally’s

The chairman of Star Entertainment’s new controlling investor says the Australian casino operator needs new executives and has been badly managed but will be transformed into an entirely new company.

Bally’s Corporation chairman Soo Kim said Star’s casinos – it operates in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast – would need to be turned around but could start making money “within a reasonable amount of time”.
