Trustee targeted in IPO Wealth class-action lawsuit

The collapse of Mayfair 101’s $80 million IPO Wealth fund has triggered a class-action lawsuit against the overseeing trustee, which is accused of bearing responsibility for allegedly misleading marketing material.

The class action, being run by law firm Slater and Gordon, takes aim at advertising that held out the fund to be an alternative to term deposits.
