Online investing platform Stake is not short on ambition when it comes to closing the gender gap in the fintech industry.

The Bondi Junction-based company has announced a suite of measures to entice staff back to work from maternity leave, including $1000 a month towards what are usually seen as prohibitive childcare fees for the first 12 months, reducing to $500 a month in the second year.
