FNZ, the wealth technology giant that counts ANZ, CareSuper and National Australia Bank among its customers, is being pursued by a group of employees in a landmark legal action in the High Court of New Zealand.

The case, which also lists 17 current and former FNZ directors as defendants in the action, was lodged with the court on Friday.
