A senior manager at a multibillion-dollar pension fund allegedly made repeated unwelcome sexual advances towards several colleagues, one of whom claimed in court she was made redundant after complaining about his recurrent instances of sexual harassment.
The former employee of $7.8 billion superannuation fund Prime Super has since settled with the firm over her case. Court documents lodged with the Federal Circuit Court and released to The Australian Financial Review claimed that a member solutions manager took “unwelcome sexual advantages” of her and others.
