Pip Marlow has accepted a seat on Bank of America’s local advisory board, adding to her director roles with Rugby Australia, Rugby World Cup and ASX-listed online auto classifieds company CAR Group.

Ms Marlow will join BofA’s former Australian chief executive Kevin Skelton, ex-CSIRO director Megan Clark, former Telstra boss David Thodey and ex-Macquarie banker Craig Carter on the board, an internal memo, seen by The Australian Financial Review, said.
