UK-based insurance broking business Ardonagh is shelling out more than $2 billion to take out another Australian venture, ASX-listed PSC Insurance.
The deal comes after The Australian Financial Review’s Street Talk column revealed in March that offshore insurance brokers had been interested in PSC’s business, which helps arrange cover for everything from cyber-hacks on businesses to accidents and agricultural enterprises.
