Morgans tries to fend off AFCA probes into ex-adviser

Stockbroking outfit Morgans is trying to stop a federal complaints authority from ordering it to compensate clients with gripes about a former adviser, claiming the accusations are too old.
The battle, revealed today by The Australian Financial Review, marks a rare attempt for a financial business to take the Australian Financial Complaints Authority to court.
