Mayfair 101 founder pleads self-incrimination breach
Investment spruiker James Mawhinney is claiming a 20-year fundraising ban was unjustified partly because he was denied his privilege against self-incrimination.
In a 12-page Federal Court appeal, the 37-year-old Mayfair 101 founder also blames his former lawyers, says liquidator reports were inadmissible and maintains errors were made in finding of facts.
