IAG offered insurance to Greensill finance businesses to cover bills from a Middle East health operator just nine months before the health group was accused of fraud, court documents show.

The operator, NMC Health, tumbled into administration only four months later with it admitting to undisclosed borrowings and the existence of suspected fraud.
