Evans Dixon tells investors to vote against the election of suitor Tony Pitt

Takeover target Evans Dixon says investors should now vote against the election of Tony Pitt to the board at this month's annual meeting, citing a conflict of interest given his recent takeover offer for the entire wealth manager.

The board on Friday withdrew its unanimous support for Mr Pitt, who is the managing director of 360 Capital Group and owns 29.4 per cent of that company.
