Deloitte to verify Keystone payments amid ASIC investigation
Deloitte will be appointed by the Federal Court to monitor and verify payments related to the ongoing management of Keystone Asset Management as the corporate watchdog’s investigation into the use of money from funds managed by the firm continues.
On Wednesday, Justice David O’Callaghan will order the appointment of Deloitte’s Jason Tracy and Luci Palaghia after a hearing that extended beyond the court’s normal hours.
The previous version of this article said Deloitte would be appointed receiver. It will not be. Deloitte is being appointed by the Federal Court to monitor and verify payments at Keystone.
