Castle Rock victims eye widow’s home in bid to reclaim lost funds

Wealthy victims of the collapsed Castle Rock Global Capital Ponzi scheme run by foreign exchange trader David Hunter Campbell have turned their eyes to the renovated home of his widow, seeking meagre reparations after the $26 million they believed was accumulated in the fund vanished.

While creditors have not resolved on any co-ordinated action – one observer described them as having “40 different plans” – some are pressing for a deal with Cassandra Campbell to sell the house and eke out something of the funds allegedly funnelled into home renovations. Few have hopes of more than 20¢ in the dollar.
