Bulldogs, Sydney Olympic FC nix bailout speculation

Canterbury Bulldogs chief executive Aaron Warburton and Sydney Olympic FC chief executive John Boulous have both quashed speculation the rugby league club might help bail out financially troubled soccer team.

In a statement, Mr Warburton said the club wished to clarify its position in relation to Sydney Olympic and quash speculation in News Corp papers that the soccer team had approached the Bulldogs for a bailout.
