‘Just not credible’: investors quiz BoQ CEO’s dismissal

Bank of Queensland’s board has come under fire about the timing of the sudden dumping of chief executive George Frazis, with investors questioning explanations about when his dismissal was hatched.

At the Brisbane-based lender’s annual general meeting on Tuesday, chairman Patrick Allaway was adamant the board only decided on Sunday last week to axe Mr Frazis.
