BoQ, once bagged for creaky apps, sets champion goals

Eleven months after swimmer Ariarne Titmus won Olympic gold and coach Dean Boxall went viral with his celebrations of ripping off his COVID-19 mask and thrusting his pelvis into a plexiglass barrier, the pair started spruiking for a bank.

The Bank of Queensland advertisements were more G-rated, obviously. Boxall bets he can open a bank account on BoQ’s new app faster than Titmus can swim 400-metres freestyle. (Her record is 3 minutes, 56.4 seconds). Upon winning the bet, the coach yells and dances while Titmus laughs.
