Bill Papas seemed to embody the Australian dream; a boy from an immigrant community who strove to achieve.

He was a clean-energy entrepreneur who was saving the planet and making money doing so. He was a football man, overseeing his local community club in Sydney while giving back to the game in Greece, and he sat on the event committee of one of the biggest charity fundraiser weekends of the year.
