ATO locates $21b in lost super

Nearly $21 billion of lost and unclaimed super has been discovered by the Australian Taxation Office, including one woman who had "lost" more than $1.5 million.
Under new laws that started in July, superannuation funds must report inactive accounts to the ATO, including accounts that have not received a contribution for 16 months with a balance below $6000.
