ANZ review found staff raised concerns and middle managers failed them

Staff within ANZ’s markets division laid the blame on their bosses for failing to act decisively when reports surfaced about inappropriate workplace behaviour on trading floors in Sydney, London and Singapore.

After hundreds of interviews with workers, investigators at Oliver Wyman concluded desk heads failed to respond when poor conduct was reported to them, allowing bad behaviour to persist for months and even years.
