Another client fires EL&C Baillieu amid scandal

Beleaguered Melbourne stockbroker EL&C Baillieu lost one of its most promising clients this week when 4Dx hired Bell Potter and Evans & Partners to float the medical-tech company on the share market.
The decision is an example of the damage wreaked by an elaborate corporate sting on one of Australia's oldest stockbrokers, which is mostly owned by Credit Suisse and its senior staff.
