Santos cleared of coercion over Narrabri land access

An investigation for the NSW government has dismissed a complaint by the Environmental Defenders Office over alleged threatening behaviour by Santos in connection with land access for work on its controversial Narrabri gas pipeline.

The findings of the independent inquiry into the complaint, to be released on Friday, represents another win for the oil and gas producer over the EDO after the much bigger Federal Court battle over its Barossa gas project in the Timor Sea in January.
