Energy investors are voting with their feet to reduce their exposure to climate-change risk, regardless of policy uncertainty over Australia's energy policy, APPEA was told on Wednesday.

While energy chief executives have called on federal Energy Minister Angus Taylor to show how Australia would meet its climate reduction targets, energy investors say they have to act now to not only meet their fiduciary duties, but to help reach their own targets for net zero emissions by 2050.
