The Federal Court of Australia has made orders approving a scheme of arrangement to give effect to the merger between Conquest Mining and Catalpa Resources. The court orders will be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission tomorrow, making the scheme effective under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
