The Aussie invention that could slash pesticide use

An Australian scientist and a Hollywood director have teamed up to develop a new technology that could slash pesticide use in food production, decreasing costs for agrochemical companies and farmers, and reducing health and environmental risks from overuse.

The new product, developed by Bionica, repurposes the naturally occurring chemical in beer and wine that causes them to stain clothes to instead make pesticides stick to plants.
