The Australian Agriculture Company allegedly implemented a “No PC, no dickheads” policy that a manager feared would render staff reluctant to air workplace grievances.

The claims were raised in a Federal Court lawsuit, obtained by The Australian Financial Review, against the ASX-listed pastoral group, which has 430,000 cattle and whose shareholders include British billionaire Joe Lewis and iron ore magnate Andrew Forrest.
