ASX-listed rural veterinary service provider Apiam Animal Health has agreed to buy Australia’s biggest custom vaccine and diagnostic laboratory, ACE Laboratory Services, for $16 million.

ACE runs a diagnostic lab, where farmers send in samples of pathogens from their livestock.
